*What You'll Be Doing*
_*Precision Utility Provisioning: *_Set up gas, electricity, water, and council tax accounts (plus broadband and TV packages) with extreme accuracy. You are the first line of defense ensuring accounts are correct from day one so future billing fires never happen.
_*Master the Platforms: *_Work fluidly across HubSpot, our custom Laravel-backed platform, spreadsheets, and external utility databases.
_*Wrangle Spreadsheets & Data: *_Handle large data sets, spot anomalies, and structure information quickly. If you know how to leverage Python, advanced Excel functions, or AI tools to work smarter and faster, you'll thrive here.
_*Get Things Done on the Phone:*_ You aren't afraid to pick up the phone. When a utility supplier, council, or customer issue requires a quick resolution, you call them directly rather than waiting days on slow email chains.
_*Prevent Repeat Issues:*_Track friction patterns, spot broken workflows, and feed insights directly back to our tech and operations teams to help build better, automated processes.
*Who You Are*
_*Numbers & Logic Minded:*_ Strong mathematical or analytical foundation. You enjoy spreadsheets, logical problem-solving, and obsessing over accuracy.
_*Techy & Automation-Curious:*_ Computer-literate with a natural curiosity for tech, software, AI tools, or coding/scripting (e.g., Python or advanced formulas are a huge plus).
_*High Speed + High Accuracy:*_ You move with high energy and speed, but you don't make sloppy mistakes. You double-check the details that others miss.
_*Pragmatic & Action-Oriented:*_ Streetwise and practical. If an utility setup is stuck in limbo, you figure out who to call or what to adjust to unblock it.
_*Local Focus: *_You live within a direct commute to Manor Royal, Crawley (RH10, RH11, RH6, RH12, RH19, RH1 postcodes) and want a high-impact, 100% in-office role.
