What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Utility Provisioning: Set up gas, electricity, water, and council tax accounts (plus broadband and TV packages) with extreme accuracy. You are the first line of defense ensuring accounts are correct from day one so future billing fires never happen.
- Master the Platforms: Work fluidly across HubSpot, our custom Laravel-backed platform, spreadsheets, and external utility databases.
- Wrangle Spreadsheets & Data: Handle large data sets, spot anomalies, and structure information quickly. If you know how to leverage Python, advanced Excel functions, or AI tools to work smarter and faster, you’ll thrive here.
- Get Things Done on the Phone: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone. When a utility supplier, council, or customer issue requires a quick resolution, you call them directly rather than waiting days on slow email chains.
- Prevent Repeat Issues: Track friction patterns, spot broken workflows, and feed insights directly back to our tech and operations teams to help build better, automated processes.
