You'll be joining a close-knit team of around 20.

We're looking for a highly organised Procurement Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the procurement function.

This is a junior, admin-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, comfortable with process and systems, and keen to build a career in procurement or supply chain.

You'll be the person keeping orders, records and deliveries running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities Processing purchase orders accurately, from raising through to confirmation.

Placing orders promptly to keep installation schedules on track.

Maintaining clear, organised procurement and finance records β€” spend, invoices and costs logged and reconciled.

Tracking deliveries to confirmed receipt, chasing suppliers on any delays.

Resolving supplier issues, including delays, damages or discrepancies.

Monitoring and feeding back on supplier performance β€” lead times, quality and reliability.

Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Supporting stock control by monitoring in-stock items.

Supporting the company's ESG mission.

Providing wider ad hoc administrative and procurement support as priorities require.

What We're Looking For Essential A positive, can-do attitude β€” happy to adapt as priorities shift at a fast-moving start-up.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic IT systems (e. g.

Excel).

Good written and verbal communication skills, including confidence liaising with suppliers.

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.

Desirable Previous experience in an administrative, office or customer service role.

An interest in building a career in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.

What We Offer Salary Β£28,000 p/a 25 days holiday entitlement.

Hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
