What you'll do:
- No two days are the same! One day you may be supporting a customer with a HAP workbook within a service, the next day you may be doing the same out in the community enjoying a coffee at the same time.
- You will be working with customers from a whole range of backgrounds, some with complex support requirements, so every day will be different and may not go as you planned.
- If you do find yourself with some spare time, you will be promoting the HAP, calling potential customers and promoting Home Achievement Program with relevant external agencies.
- Being proactive and ensuring that all customers engage.
