Home Support Matters is looking for compassionate Community Support Workers to join our Reablement Service across East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk. You'll help individuals who need support after hospital discharge, illness, or injury, focusing on rebuilding confidence and daily living skills.

This role offers shift patterns of 7 on / 7 days off and an hourly rate of £13.10 on weekdays and £14.06 on weekends. Full training is provided, along with perks like paid holidays and a Company mobile phone.
