Our Reablement Service is growing, and we are looking for dedicated, compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team. Join Home Support Matters as a Reablement Support Worker across East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk.
As a Community Support Worker in our Reablement team, you will work with individuals who need short‑term support following discharge from hospital, illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role is to help people rebuild confidence and learn or re‑learn daily living skills so they can remain safely and independently in their own homes.
Shift patterns of 7 on / 7 days off, and 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm available. Hourly rate: Weekdays £13.10, Weekends £14.06 (ROP uplift scheduled April '26).
What We Are Looking For:
- You will need previous care experience and a desire to help people improve their quality of life.

- Enjoy supporting people to build independence.
- Can work flexibly, including some weekends.
- Hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Are keen to learn and develop in a supportive team environment.
