Home Support Matters is seeking a compassionate Rapid Responder to support Dereham and surrounding areas in Norfolk, covering overnight shifts from 21:00 to 07:00.

You will be deployed by the Emergency Duty Team to provide safe, compassionate night-time care to vulnerable people in their own homes.

Applicants should have care-sector experience, a full UK driving licence, and excellent English. Shifts may be zero-hours or block contracts with training provided.
