Home Support Matters is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist clients in East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk, helping them regain independence after hospital discharge or a change in circumstances.
You will support daily living skills, provide short-term reablement and work on shifts 7 on / 7 off, 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm with opportunities for weekend work.
Training and induction are provided to develop skills and confidence.
