The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Location: Gt. Yarmouth & Northern Villages, with occasional needs to work in other areas of the business.

Pay: £14.50 weekdays / £15.50 weekends + mileage.

Your working pattern:

We’re looking for people who can commit to:

  • Morning runs
  • Evening runs
  • Work every other weekend
  • Travel in your own car (full driving licence required)

Hours can be flexible within these blocks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Give high-quality, person-centred care to new customers
  • Help each person feel comfortable, understood, and supported
  • Ensure preferences and routines are set correctly from day one
  • Work with the office team to maintain continuity
  • Make sure customers are transitioned smoothly into long-term care

Essential:

  • Experience in care or support roles
  • A caring, calm, reliable approach
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Great communication skills
  • Comfort working independently

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2 or higher
  • Experience with reablement, onboarding, or transitions

This Welcome & Onboarding Team is part of a long-term service improvement project. You’ll be at the heart of creating a better, more consistent experience for every new customer we meet.
