Location: Gt. Yarmouth & Northern Villages, with occasional needs to work in other areas of the business.
Pay: £14.50 weekdays / £15.50 weekends + mileage.

Your working pattern:
We’re looking for people who can commit to:
- Morning runs
- Evening runs
- Work every other weekend
- Travel in your own car (full driving licence required)
Hours can be flexible within these blocks.
What You’ll Do:
- Give high-quality, person-centred care to new customers
- Help each person feel comfortable, understood, and supported
- Ensure preferences and routines are set correctly from day one
- Work with the office team to maintain continuity
- Make sure customers are transitioned smoothly into long-term care
Essential:
- Experience in care or support roles
- A caring, calm, reliable approach
- Full, clean driving licence
- Great communication skills
- Comfort working independently
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or higher
- Experience with reablement, onboarding, or transitions
