Location: Gt. Yarmouth & Northern Villages
Salary:
- Weekdays: £14.50/hour
- Weekends: £15.50/hour
About The Role
We’re launching a brand‑new Transition Team as part of our commitment to improving care delivery and customer satisfaction. This team will play a vital role in helping new customers settle into our service, ensuring their care preferences are met from day one. We’re looking for skilled, compassionate, and reliable care workers to join us in this exciting initiative. If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive during peak‑time hours, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality care to newly onboarded customers.
- Work peak‑time shifts:
- Morning: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Essential What We’re Looking For
- Experience in care work or similar roles.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Availability for morning and evening shifts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A caring, person‑focused approach.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care.
- Experience in onboarding or transitional care.
