Home Support Matters is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to help people regain independence across East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk. You will deliver short‑term support after discharge to enable clients to relearn daily living skills at home.
Shifts run 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm. Weekday rate £13.10, weekend rate £14.06. Training, paid induction, and benefits including a company mobile and wellbeing support are provided.
