Home Support Matters is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and dependable individuals to provide live-in support to our customers. In this vital role, you will empower customers to make their own choices and continue living life on their terms, within their well-maintained home and community. Accommodation is provided.
Working Hours: 7 days per week, including sleep-in shifts. Weekend and public holiday cover is required, with the shift pattern to be agreed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate independent living through supported personal care
- Assist with daily routines and household tasks, including shopping and domestic duties
- Encourage participation in hobbies and activities such as crafts, days out, and social events
- Maintain accurate support logs and assist with health needs as required
- Promote independence, choice and dignity at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- A caring, compassionate and reliable nature

- Valid UK driving licence, own car and business insurance
- Availability to work weekends on a rota basis
