What You’ll Do – and How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead efficient rota coordination to ensure continuity of care and a positive experience for every customer
- Act as the key link between customers, families, care teams, and professionals, strengthening trust and satisfaction
- Support new referrals and care planning, helping our service grow through excellent responsiveness and attention to detail
- Use digital systems with confidence to maintain accurate records and streamline operations
- Line‑manage and support care staff, ensuring they feel confident, valued and motivated
- Monitor and optimise service delivery, resolving issues quickly to maintain high standards
- Contribute to our on‑call rota (8 hours every two weeks, remote from home, paid at an enhanced rate)

- 1+ year of customer service experience
