We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Alerts Monitoring Officer to join our Quality Team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analysing data, and ensuring important actions are completed to support high-quality care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and investigate alerts, notifications, and communications from field-based teams.
- Identify, escalate, and track quality concerns, risks, and service issues through to resolution.
- Use databases, electronic systems, and Excel to analyse information and identify trends.
- Produce reports that support service improvement and operational decision-making.
- Work closely with operational and quality teams to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Participate in the on-call rota as required*.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Experience in quality, compliance, administration, care, or a regulated environment is desirable.
