You will join Home-Start UK at a critical time as we develop and prepare to launch our new, federation-wide strategy in early 2027. Working as part of a growing team, you will collect, manage, explore and share data to support organisational objectives and deliver business impact.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data relating to Home-Start UK and our network of over 160 local Home-Start charities to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use a range of tools and techniques to cleanse, transform, model and analyse the data, creating visualisations and reports (in appropriate formats including Power BI) to communicate data, insights, and conclusions to key audiences.
- Work with and support Home-Start UK and local Home-Start teams to engage with and use data and to inform decision‐making.
In a typical day you could be working with the Head of Insight and Impact to visualise and present the results of our latest National Data Return to the Executive Leadership Team, engaging local Home-Start teams to gather their feedback as we develop a new federation wide impact measurement framework, and working with colleagues in Home-Start UK’s Fundraising Team to ensure they have the data they need for a funder proposal.
Ultimately, your efforts will help ensure that our movement can reach and support more families with babies and children facing their toughest times.
If this sounds like your kind of opportunity, then we want to hear from you!
Your supporting statement should include how you meet the criteria in the person specification, why you are interested in this role, and why you want to work with Home-Start UK.
Location TBC (London or Leicester).
Further details regarding the recruitment process and interview format will be provided to shortlisted candidates in advance.
