Through trained volunteers who work directly with families in their homes, Home-Start provides practical and emotional assistance to help families navigate challenges and thrive in the early years. Services include home-visiting support, infant feeding support, parent-infant mental health support, and more. We are looking for an experienced CIPD qualified Human Resources professional who can provide expert people advice to staff and managers ensuring policy and practice reflects our values. This is a new role and will be the first HR role at Home-Start HOST. The role will enhance organisational effectiveness, and help us to prepare for further strategic developments and growth, by taking responsibility for the functioning of HR processes and policies across the organisation, including staff recruitment, development, training, welfare, and equality, diversity.
