Salary: £28,943 - £34,916 (appointments are typically made at the lower end of the salary range)

About Home-Start UK
Home-Start is a federated charity made up of over 160 local Home-Starts rooted in communities across the UK. Together, they form a national movement for change that helps babies and young children grow up in safe, supportive homes, with better opportunities for the future. Last year, the Home-Start network supported 75,500 children in 58,850 families, thanks to dedicated local trustees and staff and nearly 9,000 volunteers. At the heart of this movement is Home-Start UK, the national body that supports local Home-Starts by providing leadership, expertise, resources and a shared voice, drawing on the lived experience of local staff, volunteers and families.
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated New Business Officer to help grow our corporate partnerships and generate sustainable income for Home-Start UK, enabling us to support more families across the UK.
Working closely with the New Business Manager and wider Corporate Partnerships team, you’ll research prospective partners, support outreach and relationship-building, and help develop compelling proposals and pitches.
You’ll also support the onboarding and stewardship of new partners, coordinate partnership activity and keep our pipeline moving. It’s an exciting opportunity to build your experience, contribute fresh ideas and help create partnerships that make a lasting difference for families.
