What are we looking for?

The Safeguarding Lead must have at least 3 years experience and be actively working in a Safeguarding Role currently to ensure that practice is consistently up to date.

What will you be doing?

As a trustee you’ll play an essential role in contributing towards the future direction of Home-Start Cole Valley and making a real difference to the lives of children and their families in the local community. Our board is made up of a small number, which we are aiming to grow in the coming year ahead. We have a close relationship with our senior management, and pride ourselves on being very friendly and relaxed. As Safeguarding Lead Trustee, you will provide support to both the Staff team and Trustee board in relation to Safeguarding decisions and processes. You will also contribute towards the overall governance of the charity.
