Duties:
- Work alongside existing butcher and the team within the ground floor retail area. Demonstrate exceptionally guest focus & engaging with our customers, high consistent standard in guest service and product delivery
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Manage stock inventory and order supplies and stock as needed
Handle customer inquiries, feedback and guest issues
Experience:
Previous experience within the Butchers field or demonstrate a passion and understanding for quality food in the Retail / Shop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Provenance Food hall is situated in the heart of Westhoughton a busy and bustling market town. We have a great offering from Artisan Butchers, cheese counter and deli, along with our our own Bakers & Patisserie and much more. An evolving 55 cover Cafe & Restaurant, open 5 days a week and specialising in modern Brunch dishes and classic afternoon tea with Sunday lunchs.
