We are currently recruiting for a senior chef de partie to join our team. The successful candidates will be highly skilled and experienced with at least two years' experience in an establishment of a similar standard, who thrives in a busy kitchen environment.

The positions will be for an average of 40 hours per week with a flexible rota, averaging £35,000 per year, hourly remuneration, equal and fair distribution of tips, staff meals, discount when dining with us or one of our sister restaurants, and good working conditions.

We pride ourselves on producing seasonal menus and working closely with local suppliers and using local produce - passion and experience in this area would be advantageous for the successful candidate. We have received The Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand for the past 12 consecutive years, and the successful candidates will be expected to ensure ongoing inclusion.

The successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals with a desire to learn and progress.
