We are on a mission to ensure that council/housing associations fulfil their obligations to complete the essential repairs for social housing. Our teams are on hand to arrange a free survey to evaluate defects & unresolved housing disrepair. Our teams of 'rescuteers' are passionate about making a difference & our sales/marketing staff play a pivotal role. By being the first point of contact, helping families discover their rights to live in safe, healthy homes.
What we're looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of lead generators/sales marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community & gathering details to identify unresolved housing disrepair from council/housing association tenants. This position is ideal for those who possess strong communication skills, empathy & a friendly disposition. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as your language skills will enhance our outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales outreach to identify unresolved housing disrepair issues reported by council/housing association tenants
- Gather details & information for management to further qualify
- Engage with community members & build rapport with residents from diverse backgrounds
- Provide information about our offerings and answer any questions from potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies
Qualifications
- Strong marketing knowledge or experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills verbally
