Lead the UK business for a global medical company with a growing portfolio of medical grade, premium skincare and cosmeceutical products supplied through aesthetic clinics. This role carries full commercial responsibility for the UK operation, with the opportunity to drive business growth, strengthen market position and identify new opportunities across the aesthetics sector.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Vice President EMEA, you will have full accountability for the UK business, including commercial performance, strategic direction and organisational leadership. You will lead a cross functional team while identifying new opportunities across premium skincare, regenerative aesthetics, wellness and consumer health, ensuring the business is well positioned for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK commercial strategy in line with global business objectives.
  • Take full ownership of the UK P&L, delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing cross functional UK team.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across medical aesthetics, premium skincare, wellness and future consumer health categories.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with aesthetic clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors and key accounts.
  • Lead successful product launches in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Clinical Training.
  • Strengthen premium brand positioning while delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity and consumer trends to identify future growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of senior commercial leadership experience.
  • Previous experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, Business Unit Director or Commercial Director.
  • Strong background within medical aesthetics, premium skincare, dermatology, beauty or consumer health.
  • Proven ownership of a commercial P&L with responsibility for business performance.
  • Track record of delivering successful product launches and commercial growth.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams within entrepreneurial or high growth organisations.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands on leadership style.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and people development skills.
