You will work closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, sports professionals and clinical teams, helping them improve recovery, movement and patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies.
The role combines new-business development, consultative selling, product demonstrations and clinical education. You will join a supportive, collaborative company that values teamwork, professional development, and a positive working culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in line with the commercial strategy.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across private physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation centres, professional sports organisations and universities.
- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and initial engagement through to product demonstration, commercial negotiation and account development.
- Conduct regular customer visits, providing product demonstrations and clinical training to physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver customer onboarding, workshops and educational presentations to promote confident, safe and effective product use.
- Build long-term relationships with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, sports-performance professionals and clinical decision-makers, generating advocacy, referrals and repeat business.
- Develop existing customer accounts while maintaining a strong pipeline of new commercial opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer, opportunity, and sales activity information in the CRM system.
- Gather and communicate relevant clinical, customer, competitor and market insights to support commercial planning.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, professional-development events, and other industry meetings related to physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports performance.
Candidate Profile
- A degree or recognised professional qualification in physiotherapy, sports science or a related health discipline, or a strong background in high-level competitive sport.
- Relevant commercial experience within medical devices, healthcare, sports performance, physiotherapy or rehabilitation technology.
- A demonstrable record of achieving or exceeding sales, commercial or performance targets.
- The credibility and confidence to engage with physiotherapists, clinical teams, sports performance professionals and senior decision makers.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information clearly.
- A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate product capabilities into relevant clinical and commercial benefits.
- Highly motivated, commercially ambitious and self-directed, with the confidence to work independently across a field-based territory.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel.
Compensation Package
