Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Perform fault-finding on devices
- Deliver remote technical support to resolve basic issues
- Liaise with clients to manage on-site visits and ensure timely service delivery
- Support industry exhibitions and customer training events when required
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and correct handling of equipment
Candidate Profile
- Background in electrical or electronic field service engineering
- Competent with diagnostic tools and comfortable troubleshooting in the field
- Able to install software, resolve issues, and support basic networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel with overnight stays
- Physically fit and able to handle technical equipment during installation
