This is an opportunity to join a successful Aesthetic Clinic where attention to detail and client care sit at the core of the service model.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing front of house activity from initial enquiry through to booking, attendance, and payment. You will play a central role in the day to day operation of the clinic, ensuring that every interaction reflects high service standards and a professional patient experience. This role works on an alternating weekend rota comprising a full Saturday from 10.00am to 6.00pm and a Sunday from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients, ensuring a calm, reassuring patient experience.
- Manage phone and email enquiries, providing accurate information on treatments and services.
- Coordinate bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate client records.
- Support daily clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain presentation standards across reception and shared clinic areas.
- Monitor stock levels and support general administrative tasks.
- Minimum two years experience in a premium, client facing role.
- Strong customer service capability with a consistent and professional approach.
- Personable, attentive, and able to build trust with a diverse client base.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
