An award-winning aesthetic clinic based in the Harley Street medical district is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join its front-of-house team. This is a full-time, patient-facing role ideal for candidates with experience in medical or high-end hospitality settings.

Role Overview

As the first point of contact for patients, you will manage clinic communications, coordinate appointment bookings, and ensure a seamless patient journey from consultation to treatment. The role combines service excellence, diary coordination, and front-of-house professionalism within a busy doctor-led aesthetic practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, well-presented communication across phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Welcome patients and manage front-of-house processes to support a positive clinic experience
• Coordinate treatment bookings, plans, and package purchases with clarity and professionalism
• Support clinicians through efficient diary scheduling and time optimisation
• Assist with retail operations, stock checks, and gift card sales
• Engage with patients post-visit to collect reviews and feedback
• Support social media activity to promote services, events, and the clinic team
• Carry out operational duties such as opening/closing procedures and general support tasks

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within medical, wellness, or hospitality environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English
• Professional presentation and confidence in engaging with high-end clientele
• Strong organisational ability with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Positive team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Flexible to support a varied shift pattern, including occasional late evenings
