We are partnering with a global breast implant manufacturer recognised for premium products, surgeon trust and consistent clinical performance. The business is now appointing a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the cosmetic surgery sector throughout the South West & East of England, excluding London.

This role offers autonomy and visibility, representing a brand used by leading cosmetic surgeons. It will suit someone comfortable operating in a private, high expectation environment and building long term, consultative relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive regional growth through structured territory planning and targeted surgeon engagement.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with cosmetic surgeons, theatre teams and key decision makers.
  • Deliver confident product presentations, training and workshops.
  • Maintain high service standards that strengthen loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movement and customer insight.
  • Represent the business at relevant industry meetings and educational events.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align activity and messaging.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within cosmetic surgery, implantable technologies or aesthetics.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to position premium products in a competitive private market.
  • Credible, confident and effective in front of senior surgeons.
  • Organised, self directed and comfortable managing a large territory autonomously.
  • Professional, driven and committed to supporting surgeons with trusted solutions.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
