This role is built around driving revenue growth through a balanced focus on new clinic acquisition and the expansion of existing key accounts. You will increase product portfolio adoption, expand treatment usage and deepen long-term clinic partnerships across the region. You will own the entire London territory, taking full responsibility for a portfolio of respected aesthetic clinics while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the injectables space. Operating at the centre of the clinic relationship, you will work directly with owners, injectors and senior decision makers, shaping product selection and influencing commercial outcomes across dermal fillers, biostimulators, thread lifts and skin boosters.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across London, identifying and converting premium aesthetic clinics into active accounts
- Grow existing key clinic accounts through increased product adoption, treatment frequency and portfolio expansion
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities within medical aesthetics injectables
- Develop strong relationships with clinic owners, aesthetic practitioners and injectors
- Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, agreements and account strategy
- Deliver product training across the aesthetics portfolio to support adoption
- Execute territory planning, forecasting and CRM management with structure and consistency
- Represent the business at industry events, workshops and medical aesthetics conferences
- Provide market insight on competitor activity, pricing and trends within the aesthetics injectables sector
