Clinical Trainer – Medical Aesthetic Devices ⭐️
Are you an experienced trainer or aesthetician looking to advance your career?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing global leader in medical aesthetics, supplying FDA-approved technologies to independent aesthetic clinics and national aesthetic chains.
This is a field-based role, and you can be located anywhere within the North West region.
As the company continues to expand through new product launches and ongoing innovation, it’s investing heavily in its clinical education team — delivering world-class training and ongoing support to clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality clinical training on aesthetic devices to clinic teams
- Provide ongoing support and refresher training via phone, video, and email
- Create and update clinical education materials to enhance customer confidence and success
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
- Maintain best-practice standards in safety, efficacy, and clinical excellence
- Build long-term partnerships with clinic teams to support their ongoing growth
About You
- An experienced aesthetics trainer or a motivated aesthetician ready to take the next step into a training role.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and audiences.
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about education and continuous improvement.
- A confident relationship builder who enjoys engaging with aestheticians, therapists, nurses, and doctors.
- Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced industry.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
