Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging clinical training on aesthetic devices to clinics, surgeons, and healthcare professionals across the UK North region.
- Provide ongoing remote training and support via phone, video, and email.
- Develop and update training materials, clinical resources, and educational content to support customer success.
- Work in partnership with the sales team, identifying new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
- Ensure training is delivered to industry best-practice standards, with a focus on safety, efficacy, and positive patient outcomes.
- Build lasting relationships with clinic teams and Key Opinion Leaders to support commercial growth.
About You
- Previous training experience within aesthetics training or a similar field OR an ambitious aesthetician ready to step into a training role.
- Strong communication and motivational skills, able to adapt training style to suit different learning levels and audiences.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for education and follow-through on training needs.
- A natural relationship builder, confident engaging with clinicians, business owners, and KOLs alike.
- Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Must possess a UK driving licence and be willing to travel.
