Our client is a successful, established clinic situated on Harley Street, offering non-surgical aesthetic treatments alongside cosmetic surgery. We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to take full operational responsibility for day to day operations, ensuring clinical quality, team performance, and a premium patient experience at all times. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for operational control, compliance, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a structured, efficient and personal patient journey from enquiry through to post treatment care.
  • Lead, manage and develop the clinical and front of house teams, setting clear expectations and maintaining professional standards.
  • Protect and strengthen the clinic’s reputation for discretion, patient care and service quality within a premium medical environment.
  • Manage staff scheduling, onboarding and ongoing training to ensure safe and consistent delivery of aesthetic and surgical treatments.
  • Monitor clinic performance against agreed KPIs, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for operational and commercial improvement.
  • Control stock levels, manage supplier relationships and oversee clinic equipment to ensure uninterrupted clinical readiness.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements, regulatory standards and industry best practice.
  • Support marketing and patient engagement activity, ensuring all initiatives align with clinical integrity and brand positioning.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven senior management experience within a private hospital, aesthetic clinic, or cosmetic surgery environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership at a strategic and operational level, with the authority and credibility to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements, regulatory compliance, and governance standards.
  • Highly developed organisational, communication, and problem solving capability, with the ability to operate effectively at senior stakeholder level.
  • Proven ability to run a high volume, complex clinical operation while maintaining full control over quality, performance, and patient experience.
