Account Manager – Aesthetic Clinics

Our client is a fast-growing global manufacturer of premium medical aesthetic devices, expanding rapidly across the UK. Following the success of their existing portfolio and the launch of a new innovation, they are now seeking an ambitious Account Manager to oversee key clinic partnerships across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with aesthetic clinics
  • Drive clinic performance by identifying growth opportunities and maximising ROI.
  • Build partnerships with KOLs and clinic leaders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Support clinics with marketing initiatives, social media activity, and local events.
  • Deliver hands-on product training covering device protocols and patient selection
  • Use data insights to assess clinic performance and present actionable improvement plans.

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clinic partners and influence at all levels.
  • Commercially astute, organised, and detail-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
  • Confident trainer with strong presentation and social media marketing skills.
  • Passionate about aesthetics, continuously expanding knowledge of emerging trends.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and results-driven, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
