Location: Remote (UK) — must be within easy reach of North London for initial training.

Hours: Mon–Fri 22.5 hours, plus Saturday 4 hours.

Salary: £28,000–£31,000 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience).

Contract: Permanent, part-time.

You’ll work closely with our physiotherapy team, scheduling visits across the UK, handling calls and emails, typing up clinical correspondence, and keeping the day moving. You’ll work from home four weekdays and Saturday, with full training delivered in person at our North London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating home visits across our physiotherapy team, working around patient availability and travel logistics.

Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience in healthcare or a medical setting.
  • A genuinely warm, professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple systems at once, and quick to learn new software.
  • Able to work independently from home, organise your own day, and use initiative.
