We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Property Manager to join our growing Lettings Team, based in Chelmsford, Essex.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing property files and administration
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Booking & carrying out property inspections
  • Assisting with inventories
  • Assisting with re-letting processes and tenancy progression
  • Answering calls and handling enquiries
  • Updating systems and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting with tenancy progression and supporting rent reviews
  • Conducting property viewings and feedback
  • Completing and negotiating offers/applications

You will work towards a nationally recognised Property Management apprenticeship qualification while gaining valuable hands-on experience within the industry. Training is delivered remotely through online workshops and on-the-job learning.

40 hours per week (includes every Saturday with a day off during the week). Apprenticeship wage applies. A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential, as you’ll be travelling between properties.
