As a TEAM Director, you’ll take the lead on developing our member network and deliver fundamental and lasting change to a diverse range of SMEs all with a hunger to improve. This is your chance to leave a legacy and make a massive impact— not just in a company, but in leader’s lives.

- Build your personal brand with full training and support
- Select members to join your group
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end member experience through coaching and facilitation
