Role and Responsibilities
As a Letting Negotiator you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities Darkness include:
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
- Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
