Join our Sales Operations team – a great first step into the world of Property Technology and Operations.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the Sales team to streamline and enhance operations supporting Sales Associates responsible for property viewings, manage landlord appointments, and ensure top‑tier customer service for our renters.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Fostering Relationships – build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure scheduled viewings are executed flawlessly.
  • Viewings Optimisation – coordinate and arrange travel plans for Sales Associates, seeking opportunities to increase the number of property viewings conducted by the Sales team.
  • Customer Communication – keep customers informed with the latest relevant information regarding their appointments.
  • Data Accuracy – perform regular audits to maintain accurate property details and access provider information in the system.
  • Collaboration – work with the team to optimise and deliver successful viewings to renters.
