Salary: OTE £50,000+ Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-7pm. This role also involves a bi-weekly Saturday. Location: Our office in Southwark/Waterloo. The role involves daily travel across London using public transport (no driving license required).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
  • Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
  • Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
