Home Made is the UK’s fastest-growing lettings prop-tech company, and we’re on the lookout for ambitious graduates to join our expanding team! Whether you\’re based in Manchester orLondon, you\’ll be helping renters find their ideal home -while becoming an expert in your local area.
This is a field-based role, and you\’ll be responsible for viewings across your assigned region.The good news? You won’t need a driving licence -we operate entirely using public transport!
Sounds great, so what will my role be?
- Local Property Viewings:Guide prospective renters through properties across London, highlighting unique features and local amenities, with personalised recommendations based on your assigned area.
- Manchester role: North West/Yorkshire coverage: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield
- Birmingham role: You\’ll cover the Greater Birmingham area.
- London role: You’ll be based in and around Zones 1–5.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to renters throughout the viewing process, helping them find their ideal home.
- Collaboration: Work with our Account Management and Operations teams to optimise property operations and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
- Culture Champion: Uphold and promote Home Made\’s values of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
- Attend new site launches and new developments: Collaborate with our sales team in London to support these initiatives.

Working Hours (location dependent):
- Manchester : Tuesday to Saturday 9am-6pm including evening viewing depending on demand.
- Birmingham:Tuesday to Saturday 9am-6pm including evening viewing depending on demand.
- London:Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 9am-7pm, with bi-weekly Saturday shifts.(you’ll receive a half day off in lieu during the week).
