- Sales funnel & delivery oversight β Own the end-to-end sales funnel for each account, ensuring best-in-class execution across teams. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, driving improvements through structured action. Ensure consistency and quality of delivery across multiple sites and stages.
- Marketing & launch strategy β Shape tailored marketing strategies for each development in partnership with internal teams. Monitor campaign performance and refine tactics to maximise demand and conversion. Lead mobilisation and launch phases to ensure commercially effective delivery.
- Leadership & collaboration β Train and guide junior sales teams during site launches and mobilisation. Work closely with Customer Success, Leasing, Marketing, and senior leadership to align priorities. Act as a culture and values carrier, setting high standards internally and externally.
- Governance & communication β Lead regular client meetings, providing clear performance updates, solutions, and forward-looking plans. Ensure structured project management from onboarding through to offboarding.
Working pattern & package
