WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of proven sales experience
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effective in Sinhala
- Tamil will be an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision
- Motivational personality with a strong CAN-DO attitude
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
