Shift patterns will consist of mornings 07:00-14:15 and/or evenings 16:00-22:00. You will be required to work alternate weekends.
- Provide essential personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Manage medication administration and assist with meal preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe living environment, offering professional companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, utilising appropriate equipment and following safety protocols.
- Monitor and report changes in service users' health or wellbeing to the care coordinator.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities.
- Work alternate weekends and operate across Wigan and surrounding areas as required.
Qualifications
