The predicted salary is between 21500 - 24500 £ per year.
This is a full time position, with the main working hours being Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00. This is based at our office on Worle High Street, but will involve travelling to other locations to carry out tasks and duties associated with the role. Out of hours on-call participation is required on a rota basis. Salary £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Job Purpose
To promote the highest standards of care and support services to enable clients to remain living safely and independently in their own homes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Undertaking client QAās and Reviews as required.
- Undertaking Care Professional supervisions, support visits and carrying out competencies as required.
- Conduct client/Care Professional introductions where appropriate.
- Support Care Manager to undertake Care Consultations.
- Raise issues as āEventsā with Registered Manager for clients and care professionals as they arise.
- Work through and resolve āEventsā assigned to you with Registered Manager to completion.
- Starting and holding new Care Packages until Care Professionals can be scheduled in.
- Covering emergencies and sickness, sometimes within and after office hours, if required.
- Participate in providing training to Care Professionals, both in the office and in the field as required.
- Support other Team Leaders when there is a workload imbalance.
- Support the Registered Manager in the preparation for regulatory inspections, notifications and audits where required.
- Take part in the on-call and emergency backup rota when required.
- Always maintain confidentiality for all Home Instead Information, including client, Care Professional & office data.

Essential Criteria
- Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Be a good team player as well as self-motivated and able to work flexibly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 yearsā experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or to be willing to commit to the training.
- Experience of working with MAR and medication.
- Must be confident in the use of care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals.
- Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
- Must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation.
- Be organised, adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be a driver with own vehicle as the role involves travelling to other locations to carry out tasks and duties associated with the role.
