We are recruiting for compassionate Weekend Care Assistants to join our amazing team!
Driving license essential with access to a vehicle.
Must have the right to work in the UK - We do not offer sponsorship.
Hours:
- Saturday and Sunday: Between 7:30 AM β 1:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Between 4 PM - 10 PM
Expectation of working every weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out minimum 1-hour visits.
- Provide introductions to all clients.
- Focus on person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
- Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
- Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations, completing activities of their choice, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
- Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation/cooking.
Rate of pay: Β£13.00 per hour.
Mileage contribution. Paid travel time. Continuity of clients. Full training provided, with opportunities to develop your career through award-winning training.
