We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Medway as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You don’t even require experience as we will support you with all the training you’ll need!
Key Requirements:
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle essential in order to support our clients to the fullest.
- Must be available to work alternate weekends.
- Some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people is useful.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

Day to day Care Professional responsibilities can include:
- Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress.
- Meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompanying your client to appointments.
- Companionship.
In order to be considered for this position, you must truly care and really want to make a difference to each and every one of our clients' lives! It is preferable that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Please note, this role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
