We are now hiring Wake-In Night Care Assistants to support our clients during the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We cover the East area of Bristol. We are recruiting individuals with a DBS on the update service.

Job Description

Wake-In Night Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Our wake-in night shifts typically run between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, supporting clients who may need regular assistance or reassurance throughout the night. You will be awake and alert, providing a calm and supportive presence.
• The individual is a male with Alzheimer\’s; therefore, experience in Dementia is essential. £15 an hour.
• Duties may include:

• Monitoring client wellbeing throughout the night
• Supporting with night-time routines such as toileting
• Administering or prompting medication when required
• Providing personal care if needed
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and comforting environment
• Communicating effectively with the day team to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Dementia experience is essential. We provide comprehensive training before you start, including two induction workshop days. What matters most is your compassionate nature, reliability, and willingness to make a difference.
