Our Care Professionals are carefully matched with clients and introduced in advance, ensuring familiarity, trust, and continuity. Every day is different, but your role could include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
- Assisting with medication and personal care
- Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke
You’ll help people continue living safely and comfortably in the place they know best – their own home.
Don’t worry if you don’t have previous care experience – our Care Skills Academy offers industry-leading training, mentoring, and qualifications to help you become an exceptional Care Professional.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay from £12.50 – £25 per hour

What We’re Looking For:
- Warm, empathetic and dependable individuals with a passion for helping others
- Regular availability covering either mornings, lunchtimes, tea times or evenings – part-time or full-time
- Aged 18 or over
- Driver with access to your own vehicle, as we cover a rural area
- Some weekend availability
