Waking and Sleep In Nights
We are looking for a Care Professional, with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea to help our clients live an independent life in their own home for as long as it is possible.
Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship
- Building strong professional relationships
- Assistance with personal care and taking medications
What does being a Caregiver involve?
- Minimum 10-hour visits
- Introductions to all new clients
- Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests
- Visiting the same clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships
- Award-winning training
- Waking nights paid at hourly rate of £12.85 - £14.20 and length of service
- Sleep In - STC
- Holiday pay/ Bank holiday rates

No formal qualifications are needed for this role. Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous; however, not essential as full training and ongoing support is provided as standard.
