Additional Information
addition to our zero-hours contracts, we may also offer a limited number of guaranteed 16-hour contracts, subject to availability and the needs of the business. These contracted hours are fixed and may not be flexible, as they are allocated to support service delivery and ensure we can meet the needs of our clients. Any guaranteed-hour contract offered will be discussed clearly at recruitment stage, including the expected working pattern, availability requirements, and how the hour s align with operational needs.
