As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
The Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.
- Be a team leader, have stamina, be kind and compassionate.
- Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.
- Oversee staff reviews, development and progressions.
- Promote the highest standards of care and service.
- Committing to drive the business forward.
- Manage client consultations and family contacts.
- Be reliable, honest andkeep team motivation.
You will be responsible for managing on call out of hours cover with your team.
