This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Managerwith a passion for high quality care to join our Dundee & South Angusoffice.

As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.
  • Be a team leader, have stamina, be kind and compassionate.
  • Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.
  • Oversee staff reviews, development and progressions.
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service.
  • Committing to drive the business forward.
  • Manage client consultations and family contacts.
  • Be reliable, honest andkeep team motivation.

You will be responsible for managing on call out of hours cover with your team.

  • Excellent Salary depending on Experience £32,000 – £35,000

Qualifications

Minimum SVQ Level 4 or above in Social & Health Care or willing to work towards.

Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
